Greater filling, better engagement, and faster cornering are the hallmarks of this innovative product.

The new front hub features a modular architecture that allows the internal bearings to be repositioned along the hub axis. This solution makes it possible to adjust the distance between the bearings, thereby altering the torsional and flexural stiffness of the hub–wheel spindle assembly.

By shifting the bearing supports, it is possible to achieve:
Increased stiffness, improving steering precision, corner-entry speed, and responsiveness during direction changes.

Increased compliance, enhancing the kart’s ability to absorb surface micro-irregularities and improving mechanical grip and stability under high-grip conditions.

This level of versatility enables technicians and drivers to tailor the front end to the specific dynamic characteristics of the chassis, tyre behaviour, and driving style, offering a degree of fine-tuning beyond the capabilities of traditional hubs.

The hub body is manufactured from high-strength light alloy, CNC-machined to ensure coaxiality, tight tolerances, and maximum reliability under the demanding conditions of competitive karting.
